  3. Strengthen the management of rolling oil, its water content control in 0.4% or less.
  4. Aluminum coil packaging should be sealed packaging, while each volume should be put into the appropriate amount of desiccant.
  5. When transported from low-temperature area to high temperature and high humidity area, do not open the 1050 aluminum coil sealed package immediately. 
  6. The humidity of the wooden shaft and board of the packing box is not more than 18%, and the temperature of the packing color aluminum roll is not more than 45℃.

1050 vs 1060

These two grades are 1000 series aluminum sheets, but the aluminum content is different. 1050 aluminum sheet has 99.50% aluminum content, and 1060 aluminum sheet has 99.60% aluminum content. Relatively speaking, the higher the aluminum content, the softer the material. But the difference between the two is not much, both can not be heat-treated to strengthen. 1060 is suitable for making products such as stretching.


The aluminum content of the 1050 aluminum plate is more than 99.50%, and the aluminum content of the 1060 aluminum plate is more than 99.60%. At the same time, the 1050 aluminum plate does not contain copper, the 1060 aluminum plate contains 0.05 copper, but the 1050 aluminum plate does not contain. Aluminum 1050 vs 5052

What is H14 alumium? H14 vs H24

There is a difference between 1050 H14 and 1050 H24, and the difference is significant. Aluminum plate H14 is a purely work-hardened state, suitable for the state where the required strength can be obtained without annealing and only by work-hardening; aluminum plate H24 is a state where work-hardening is followed by incomplete annealing. They have the same strength, but the elongation of aluminum plate H24 is higher.


The production process is different: H14 is intermediate annealed → cold rolled; H24 is cold rolled → partially annealed. The cold-rolled amount of H24 is larger than that of H14. Please refer to the standard GB/T/16475-2008.
